What is Dropshipping?

Drop-shipping is an order fulfillment in which an e-commerce business doesn’t keep any inventory but rather just sells what the buyer needs. The seller takes inventory from a third party when needed in order to fulfill orders.

How does drop shipping work?

The Drop-Shipping process follows the following steps:

  1. The seller makes an agreement with the seller
  2. Customers place an order online
  3. The seller receives the order and the customer receives a confirmation
  4. The drop shipper delivers the Product to the customer
