What is Onboarding?
When you sign up with Apimio, you will automatically be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to help you get fully onboarded with our platform. You’ll receive an e-mail in the first 48 hours to schedule a demo. We’ll address all the issues that brought you to Apimio in the first place, and show you everything Apimio can do for you.
Onboarding is completely free of cost for anyone that buys the Standard or Pro plan
How can I get started for free?
Just sign up with Apimio’s Free version to see all that the tool has to offer.
What if I have custom needs?
If you have custom business needs and don’t find that any of our packages currently suit your needs, you can get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will assist you further.
Are there any additional costs?
Apimio has no hidden costs. You pay exactly the amount that you see.
Does vendor and retailer pricing differ?
Vendors and Retailers are priced differently due to the difference in features offered to each.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually. However, if you choose to pay monthly, the fee will be charged every month and is higher than what you pay on an annual basis. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer—you choose!
